Before I lost the database, I wrote about the plans for a 52 projects in 52 weeks stash busting project. I’ve committed myself to this for the mere fact that I am a crafting hoarder. (Yes husband, I just wrote that…) Part of this project is to complete those half started projects too. I’m running a bit behind, but here is the first project. My sister helped me come up with what it is… a Mousy Bear. See it began as a project for a bear, I made the snout not quite right, sort of looking mousy, so I’ve named it as such. He’s still cute.
It’s crocheted and I might attempt it again with a few modifications. I like making stuffed animals and adding ribbons and felt and eyeballs really brings out the character in the doll. Project 2, however, is not a crochet item. It’s related to sewing. Here’s a sneak peek:
