Another acrylic painting. I like getting messy. I used techniques from a book called Creative Wildfire. It’s one of my favorite books on the shelf as it concentrates on using anything and everything to get a desired effect. I used glue, salt and a palette knife. I really wanted to use a 3″ paint brush too but that is actually something I don’t have in my collection of brushes *le gasp*. I used an inch brush instead.

I still really need to find a guide on how to take proper pictures of art. My photos don’t do this piece justice because it’s actually quite bright and vibrant in person. And, just one more picture…
